Local pickup and devliery available within Northern Colorado. Shipping available via numerous shipping companies throughout the US and internationally. Order through Etsy or contact me directly to get shipping quotes.

Returns only available on in-stock items.

If anything is damaged or incorrect with an order it will be corrected as soon as possible. We don’t allow for errors often, but when it does happen the best resolution is to contact me directly via email and it will be resolve without issue.

Custom orders are our specialty at Material Concepts. Throughout the entire process if there are any special requests ranging from color choices clear through modeling and bulk orders contact Material Concepts and we will find the solution that works best for what you and your business require.

In addition to custom sizing, coloring, logos, etc. design work can be worked into our processes. Please contact us directly for specific requests and we can agree on a rate for the work, proofing, samples, and updates that will keep you in the loop on the process all without wasting your time on unnecessary communications that don’t add value to your project.
